Shipping

Where do you ship?

All orders placed on upsidekava.com are shipped to all 50 U.S. states, Puerto Rico, Guam, and APO/FPO boxes.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is free, while expedited shipping is available for $10.

When will my order arrive?

We aim to ship your order within 3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If any delays occur, we will keep you informed.

How do I manage my subscription?

Returns

What’s your return policy?

We accept returns on all unopened products within 14 days of delivery. Please email hi@upsidekava.com to initiate your return.

My order arrived damaged. Help!

If your order arrives damaged or open, please take a photo and send it to hi@upsidekava.com with your order number in the subject line, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
